That said, it’s essential to view it as such and imbibe it into a bigger marketing plan. As the article mentions, users on Facebook are primarily to have fun thererfore it’s absolutely essential to post content that keeps them coming back for more.
Another point is Facebook as a platfrom gives you plenty of opportunities to showcase yourself and personalise your interaction with your fans.
Needless to say engagement is the primary driver for any social media platform and unless you are willing to be responsive and share a deeper connect with your fans it will not bring desired results.
As a note of caution, it’s great to have a Facebook page but a badly managed page can do more harm than good as it’s likely to put off your users. So the mantra is: engage, be consistent, post interesting content and stay on top of latest developments and adopt accordingly. Good luck!
